This work was developed between september 2017 and may 2018, with the support of the Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian and Universidade Católica Portuguesa. The objective of this study was to collect and value the work that takes place in Portugal to maintain elderly people in their homes and communities, insuring quality of life, safety and independence.
